Tsunami T50 makes an appearance in tokyo at emergency management expo

T-50 featured with Tsunami agent, Yuki Igarashi at the 3rd Annual Infrastructure Maintenance

Tsunami’s T-50 Atmospheric Water Generator was recently featured by our Japanese partner, Ferme du Soleil, at a Smart City Expo in Tokyo. The demonstration highlighted how atmospheric water generation can provide a sustainable and renewable source of pure drinking water by capturing humidity directly from the air.

The T-50 was presented as a practical solution for citizens and municipalities across Japan seeking reliable access to clean water without relying on groundwater, reservoirs, or traditional infrastructure. In climates typical of Japan and much of Southeast Asia, the T-50 can generate around 60 liters of pure water per day, making it well suited for residential, commercial, and community applications.

Ferme du Soleil also demonstrated how the T-50’s purified water can support sustainable agriculture. During the expo, the system was used to supply water for indoor shelf-growing plant setups, showing how atmospheric water generation can contribute to controlled-environment farming and urban agriculture initiatives.

We appreciate our partner Ferme du Soleil showcasing the versatility of the T-50 and helping introduce atmospheric water technology to new audiences in Japan. More information about their work can be found at https://ferme-du-soleil.co.jp/index.php/item/.
